Your client area (billing and support) login is separate from your ftp/cpanel login details. It can not be same because you can manage multiple accounts from same client login. In fact you can have dedicated servers, vps, reseller accounts, backup services etc. billing and support from just one client login.
The login detail is usually your domain name (without http://www part). This is given to you in your welcome email at the time of signup.
